PHF SCHOLARSHIP & STANDARDS PROGRAM
The PHF Scholarship & Standards Program seeks to give students the tools they need to succeed by offering financial support to students who have shown commitment towards continuing their education. The scholarships all recognize extraordinary Achievement, Leadership and Talent. The requirements for awards vary from financial need to academic and achievements.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
The scholarship application period opens December 1st each year and ends February 16th of the following year. The committee selects the scholarship recipients each April.

On Friday, December 29, 2017 Lonnie "Stump" Franklin, Jr. was murdered in front of his home in San Antonio, TX.
